Mechanical requirements of the final product are transformed into the product design. If required, we make use of 3D CAD tools for the creation, validation and documentation of complete digital mock-up. This enables the construction the first working prototype with a minimum number of design cycles.
The electronic circuit for driving an LED must be implemented together with the mechanical design. ECAD offers all the technologies and functions required for developing electronics products within a single application. It integrates system design and layout at board and FPGA level. In addition to that it enables the development of embedded software for discrete and FPGA based processors. The data generated can be directly transferred to the 3D CAD and thus forms an optimum starting point for a quick implementation.
